The 2025 vintage offered excellent conditions for premium sweet Prädikat wines. This Scheurebe Auslese comes from the limestone soils of Sulz and was harvested at full ripeness on 21 October 2025. On the nose, it delights with exotic aromas and intense fruity notes. On the palate, juicy aromas of tropical fruits unfold, underpinned by a delicate sweetness and lively freshness. This harmonious interplay lends the wine elegance and a fascinating sense of tension.

The grapes for this noble sweet Prädikat wine come from a Grand Cru parcel on the south side of the Ried Gaisriegl.

Fermentation and ageing take place entirely in steel tanks. Storage on the fine yeast for approx. 6 months until bottling.
