The grapes for this wine grow in our own vineyards in Kitzeck-Sausal, Sulztal an der Weinstraße and Gamlitz. 100% Hand harvest.

Vinification

Fermentation and ageing take place for the most part in steel tanks, partial quantities are matured in large neutral oak barrels. Storage on the fine yeast until bottling, for at least 6 months.
