The year 2025 proved particularly favourable for the production of premium sweet Prädikat wines. This Trockenbeerenauslese made from Welschriesling was harvested on 21 October 2026 in the Gaisriegl vineyard. This Trockenbeerenauslese boasts a bouquet reminiscent of a basket of tropical fruits, with passion fruit and grapefruit coming to the fore on the palate. The playful interplay between sweetness and acidity lends the wine a fascinating tension.

The grapes for this noble sweet Prädikat wine come from a Grand Cru parcel on the south side of the Ried Gaisriegl.

Fermentation and ageing take place entirely in steel tanks. Storage on the fine yeast for approx. 6 months until bottling.
