Vineyards
Blended from the finest barrels of the 2023 vintage: this Pinot Blanc Reserve impresses with its perfect balance, elegant structure, subtle spice and impressive depth. A Burgundy with character.
Vinification
Spontaneously fermented in large used 500 l wooden barrels for about 3 months. Matured for 18 months in large used 500 l wooden barrels. 14 months on the full yeast.
