The 2025 vintage offered excellent conditions for the production of premium sweet Prädikat wines. This Welschriesling Spätlese comes from the high-altitude vineyards of Kitzeck-Sausal and was harvested late on 21 October 2025. On the nose, it is fruit-driven and inviting. On the palate, delicate sweetness and lively freshness combine to create a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity, lending the wine lightness, elegance and an invigorating ease of drinking.

The grapes for this noble sweet Prädikat wine come from a Grand Cru parcel on the south side of the Ried Gaisriegl.

Fermentation and ageing take place entirely in steel tanks. Storage on the fine yeast for approx. 6 months until bottling.
