We are Bernhard and Stefan Schauer and together we run the Schauer winery in Kitzeck. A business in the South Styrian vineyards with numerous areas of responsibility and areas of work. We are always looking for motivated people and talents for all these areas.

AGRICULTURE - Together with a strong team of experienced employees and trainees, we cultivate around 30 hectares of organic vineyards. It takes a lot of work, motivated people and team players to achieve the right result.<\/p>\n

HOSPITALITY \/ TOURISM - Our wine tavern, wine shop and guest house are located directly at the winery. There we offer down-to-earth but high-quality cuisine and welcome our guests from near and far. Many hands, attention to detail and good taste are required to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the end of the day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

- As Kitchen employee<\/strong> In our Buschenschank, you will be responsible for preparing snacks and Buschenschank tapas for our guests.<\/p>\n

- Preparing and serving snacks (a la carte). You will also be responsible for baking cakes and pastries.<\/p>\n

- Keeping the work area clean and complying with hygiene standards are also part of the job.<\/p>\n

- The position would be possible for 1-2 days per week during the tourist season from April to November. Temporary staff, students, pupils, freelancers and pensioners are very welcome. As a family business, we can also make individual working models possible.<\/p>\n

- Very good pay above the collective agreement for Buschenschank depending on qualifications + tips. This is a seasonal position for the period from April to November. Our Buschenschank is open Monday\/Tuesday\/Friday\/Saturday. Sunday is closed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

- In our medium-sized family business, there is a respectful working relationship with flat hierarchies and a \"you code\". It's give and take at eye level.<\/p>\n

- We are a colourful mix and it's \"human\": Experienced people who have been with us for decades and young people who want to learn something work here. Things are done perfectly every day, but mistakes are also made.<\/p>\n

- During working hours, we get to work and see what's going on. Afterwards, there is time for a glass of wine or a cosy get-together. Success is achieved together and celebrated together.<\/p>\n

- Our location is only a few minutes' drive from the conurbations of Leibnitz, Deutschlandsberg and southern Graz. The journey is guaranteed to be free of traffic jams and stress.<\/p>\n

- Catering during work breaks is of course free of charge. (coffee, juices, snacks...)<\/p>\n

- 4 days Buschenschank operation (closing time 10 pm \/ Sunday closed \/ end of service & kitchen at approx. 9 pm). In agriculture we usually work from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n
