These wines come from our top vineyards within the traditional wine-growing village of Kitzeck im Sausal. With its high altitude and unique slate soils, the village of "Kitzeck-Sausal" offers great conditions for growing wine. Only a few kilometres apart, these three vineyards produce wines with individual character due to different microclimates. Taste your favourite.

Spontaneously fermented and gently matured in large oak barrels. Theresienhöhe and Steinriegl are stored in our cellar for at least one year, the Sauvignon Blanc from Gaisriegl for two years. Do not use a glass that is too small, we recommend a universal glass or larger.
